Terms of Service

tatty is an AI-driven booking platform for tattoo studios. Artists connect their Instagram, Telegram, web chat, and other channels; tatty conducts intake conversations with their potential clients, captures booking details, and hands off a structured summary to the artist’s dashboard. The artist can take over the conversation at any time and retains final say on every booking.

To create an artist account you must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind the studio you represent. By signing up you represent that you meet both requirements.

You’re responsible for your login credentials and for everything that happens under your account. Don’t share your account with anyone else. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to send spam, scams, harassment, or anything illegal.
• Automate replies on behalf of another artist without their consent.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the platform beyond what the dashboard exposes to you.
• Use the service in a way that violates Meta’s, Telegram’s, or any other channel provider’s own terms.
• Misrepresent yourself or another person.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

tatty’s intake conversation is generated by an AI assistant trained on the artist’s public bio, pricing rules, and any context the artist provides. Artists are responsible for reviewing and authorizing the conversations the AI conducts on their behalf. You can take over any conversation at any time from the dashboard.

AI replies are best-effort and may be wrong. tatty isn’t liable for losses arising from AI-generated content; the artist’s ability to review and override is the safeguard.

You retain ownership of everything you submit to tatty — your messages, your portfolio media, your pricing data, your client list. You grant us a limited license to host, transmit, and display this content as needed to operate the service for you.

We own the platform itself: the software, the AI orchestration, the UI, the brand. Nothing in these terms transfers any of that to you.

When you connect Instagram, Telegram, Google Calendar, or any other third-party service, you authorize tatty to access that service on your behalf within the scopes shown at consent time. Those services have their own terms; we don’t control them. Disconnecting at any time from /dashboard/settings/integrations revokes our access and triggers a 24-hour data purge per our Privacy Policy.

During the spring 2026 beta, tatty is free. We’ll give artists at least 30 days’ notice before introducing fees. Deposit processing fees are charged by Stripe directly and are passed through transparently.

You can close your account any time via the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, abusive behavior, or if we’re required to by law.

On termination we delete personal data per our Privacy Policy. Some records (e.g., financial transactions) may be retained where required by law.

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that AI replies will be accurate, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific business needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, tatty’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you’ve paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) US$100. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold tatty harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party’s rights.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page and emailed to connected artists at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore unless a non-waivable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
